International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. Altara cannot predict or control these fees.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after payment is processed. This email contains your order number and a summary of your purchase.
Your order enters our fulfilment queue within 2-4 hours of confirmation. Each cover is inspected for quality before packaging. Orders placed before 12:00 PM AEST are typically dispatched the same business day.
Once your order has left our facility, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking number. Use this to monitor your shipment via the Australia Post website or the carrier's tracking portal.
Your Altara seat cover arrives in protective packaging, ready to install. If no one is available to receive the parcel, the carrier will leave a collection card or arrange a redelivery according to their standard procedure.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Australian public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. Altara is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately after placing your order — changes cannot be made once an order has been dispatched.
In the rare event your parcel is lost or significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us. We will liaise with the carrier on your behalf and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
